Dr. Konstantin Efimov joined The Smile Train in July 2008. Konstantin graduated from the First Pavlov Medical Institute where he obtained his medical degree. He later went on to obtain his Master's degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, winning several scholarships to support his study.

Konstantin has extensive experience in sales and pharmaceuticals, beginning with his work at Merck & Co. and extending to senior Sales and Marketing positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Promo-Med.

Konstantin is excited to help The Smile Train reach more children by expanding partnerships throughout Russia. In a country with a population of more than 143 million, his work will have a huge impact on many poor children needing cleft surgery.
