Remi joined The Smile Train as Regional Director, West Africa in March of 2008. Remi brings tremendous leadership experience gained in his 16 years working with leading multinational companies: Sandoz, Novartis and Janssen-Cilag (a Johnson & Johnson company).

Remi is also an entrepreneur, successfully founding and managing a start-up for medical technology distribution and consulting. Remi also co-founded and served as President (2002-2007) of NIROPHARM-, the Association of the Nigerian Representatives of Overseas Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, comprised of multinational firms like Pfizer, Novartis and Janssen-Cilag.

Remi is well-traveled, having attended conferences, workshops and other programs in 22 countries around the world. He is married with 3 sons and lives in Lagos, Nigeria.
