Simon joined The Smile Train in October 2007, after spending more than three decades in the pharmaceutical industry at multinational companies such as Alcon, Burroughs Wellcome and Pfizer. He brings extensive management experience in training, sales and marketing.

After visiting The Smile Train web site, Simon was amazed with the mission and said, “I never thought that in less than an hour, an operation can give a second chance at life and a sweet smile; a smile from the bottom of the heart.”

Simon holds an MBA degree and has attended various management development programs overseas. He lives in Jakarta with his wife and cousin and has one daughter who is attending university. Simon enjoys working in the humanitarian field and is very excited about expanding the programs and partners in Indonesia.
